Was ist das Führungszeugnis zur Vorlage bei einer Behörde nach § 30 Absatz 5 Bundeszentralregistergesetz (BZRG)und, was ist das Besondere daran?

Das behördliche Führungszeugnis muss beim jeweilig zuständigen Bürgeramt oder der Meldebehörde beantragt werden. Der Antrag wird persönlich gestellt und kostet pro Person i.d.R. 13€. Die Übersendung soll ca. 2-3 Wochen dauern.

Notwendige Unterlagen
- Personalausweis/ Reisepass,
- Adresse der Bundesnetzagentur (Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn) und
 - das von der Bundesnetzagentur nach Antragstellung mitgeteilte Aktenzeichen/ Stammnummer.

Sofern Antragsteller vor der Übersendung an die BNetzA Einsicht nehmen möchten, muss diese bei Beantragung extra beantragt werden.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Führungszeugnis erst dann beantragt werden kann, wenn die Bundesnetzagentur nach der Antragstellung für das Anbieterverzeichnis eine Stammnummer mitgeteilt hat. Dieses wird dann bei der Beantragung des behördlichen Führungszeugnisses mit angegeben. 

Es empfiehlt sich schon bei Antragstellung für das Anbieterverzeichnis die Gültigkeit der Ausweisdokumente zu prüfen.

A certificate of conduct (Führungszeugnis) for submission to an authority provides information on whether a person has a criminal record. It includes entries of final convictions, as listed in accordance with § 32 of the Federal Central Register Act (BZRG). It is primarily used to assess personal reliability in the context of official procedures.

A certificate of conduct for submission to an authority is sent directly to the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) after application and is not usually issued to the applicant.

The certificate must be applied for at the competent local registration office (Bürgeramt) or residents’ registration authority (Meldebehörde).
The application must be submitted in person and usually costs €13 per person.
The processing and delivery time is typically 2 to 3 weeks.

• The reference number/case ID (Stammnummer) issued by the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) after the application for entry in the provider register has been submitted

If the applicant wishes to review the certificate before it is forwarded to the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur), this must be explicitly requested during the application process.

Important:
The certificate of conduct can only be applied for after the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) has assigned a reference number (Stammnummer) following the application for inclusion in the provider register.
This number must be stated in the application for the certificate.

It is strongly recommended to check the validity of identification documents already at the time of applying for inclusion in the provider register.
